Prodigal You Love

When someone you love leaves the Catholic Church, you may feel worried and helpless about what to say and how to reach out. Sr. Theresa Aletheia Noble, a former fallen-away Catholic, gently voices ways to talk with and love those who have fallen away.

Sharing her own story as well as the stories of others, Sr. Theresa offers helpful, pastoral suggestions for relating to those who have left the Church. She uses Jesus’ Parable of the Prodigal Son to explore important attitudes we can adopt when approaching those we love. She shows how to approach our loved ones where they are and how to be open to the Spirit’s timing and invitations to share the faith with them.
