Unlocking Our Fenced In Hearts

The Judeo-Christian tradition recognizes the human heart as both the reflective and motivational center of the human person. Scriptural passages in both Old and New Testaments affirm the importance of our hearts in matters of our spirituality and how we live out our faith. Using the metaphor of a “fenced in heart” the reader will identify seven different emotional barriers that can prevent them from hearing and discerning God’s voice within. The reader will also be able to interact with scripture, and share their own stories through the journaling pages and workbook questions included.
