Steadfast Journey Towards Greatness

Life indeed is a journey, it begins when one exits the womb, and ends when one enters the grave. Life’s journey is different for every individual, both in the quality of it and in the length of it. Although long life is desirable, the most important aspect of life’s journey is its quality. The quality of life is defined by excellence or greatness and not by easiness, difficulty, wealth, or poverty. One may then ask, what is excellence or greatness? The dynamics of excellence or greatness are defined in many ways by different people; however, the fruits or results are easily identified by the one who attains it and by everyone who witnesses it. This book is designed to guide you in identifying the dynamics of greatness with the hope that you will be encouraged to seek after those attributes. It was initially completed by Doeford Shirley and copyrighted in 1985 with the title: What Tree Are You Living Out Of. However, for reasons unknown to the author, God seemed to have clearly reserved the book’s final completion and publication for such a time as this.
