Searching For Normal

Shay’s been raised by her talented and loving stepfather since her mom died when she was a baby. But six months ago, Shay’s stepfather was killed by a drunk driver. Since then, Shay’s been kicked out of school and even out of her grandparents’ home. An aunt is the only one willing to take her in-but it seems clear that Aunt Julie would rather not deal with a niece who keeps getting in trouble, even if that niece is only doing her best to stand up to the bullies in her new school.
