Road To Testament

Ashlynne Rothschild grew up with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth. Smart and sassy, Ashlynne expects to inherit the Parks & Avenues magazine empire. But her family has other ideas. Feeling she needs to understand the world beyond, they ship her off to Testament, North Carolina, for a little “learning about life” as a reporter for the local paper.

She arrives in town, thinking that she won’t be there long. But after a few serious missteps, Ashlynne starts to love Testament. And most of the townspeople welcome her openly, with the exception of William Decker, her boss. He despises everything about her and lets her know it without hesitation.

But when her journalistic digging turns up devastating news about the local hero, Ashlynne realizes that it will turn the town against her. If she keeps the secret, people she loves will be hurt. Can she maintain her journalistic integrity if it means losing a place she suddenly wants to call home?
