Creative, hard working, dedicated, strong, a woman of faith-Betty Reynolds had to rely on all of these qualities and more when her husband was shot and left for dead while the couple was serving as missionaries in Pakistan. Their lives changed forever in the blink of an eye, but God was right there, and He never left their side.

God’s Hand on Us: The E. Robert and Betty Reynolds Story begins with Betty’s childhood and chronicles her growing up years, her dating relationship and marriage to Bob, their family life and children, their service in the States and overseas as missionaries, and their life after Bob’s injury. She also shares miracle stories from Bob’s childhood, which were originally published as a series in The Youth’s Instructor.

God does not promise us a life without pain and suffering because we live in a sinful world, but He does promise us that He will never leave us or forsake us. Bob and Betty experienced their fair share of pain and suffering, but through it all, they testify to God’s providence and love.
