Children And Prayer

Would you prevent your children, grandchildren, or any child from acquaintance with the most influential Person in the entire universe? Are you eager to have children develop intimacy with Someone who loves them unconditionally, is concerned about every aspect of their lives, and has their best interest at heart at all times? How would it change the destiny of children who have a personal relationship with the One Who created them and knows their specific purpose in life? As we rush to get our children to dental appointments, sports activities, amusement parks, music/dance/art/swimming lessons, scouting commitments, tutoring, ministry meetings, sleepovers-the list is endless- rush to get them to God! God has created children with yearnings and the capacity to worship, love, and serve Him. Let’s follow Jesus’ command, “Let the children come to me,” by modeling and teaching them the urgency of learning to discipline themselves in a lifestyle of prayer.
