Living Out Victorious Evangelism Anda Menciona La Oportunidad De Reconcilia

Do we really need another book on evangelism? I am convinced that the answer is a resounding yes! When we listen to the so-called Gospel message being preached these days and compare it to the Gospel of the Bible, the contrast is easily seen. The world is starting to hear the Word of God less and less. What they are starting to hear more and more is a convoluted false Gospel. This is not how God intended it to be. The true, pure, Gospel message is so very simple that a child with ears to hear can grasp its wonder.

You cannot help but see that what we hear preached today through radio sermons, televangelists, volunteers, or literature is a diluted version of the Good News. Any preacher worth his salt can recognize a false Gospel when he hears it. Do not get me wrong, there are some who have stayed true to the Bible, but for the most part, the clear message of the Scripture is fading. This new kind of preaching is so bad that the message of the cross is not even being communicated. People have made the simplicity of the cross too complicated. The result is that we are seeing too many false conversions, surrendering to a false Gospel. This is very dangerous, especially considering what is at stake. Lost souls are at stake.

Sadly, many Christians today cannot articulate the Gospel although, the blame falls directly on the shoulders of those behind the pulpit. We like to get caught up in the “deep things” of the Bible and forget the Gospel’s simple message. In its simplest form, the Gospel is the redeeming work of the life, death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. We will unpack this statement throughout this book.
