Today we are confronting the urgent need to reach and disciple the generation of the new milenium – a generation which does not seem to be enjoy church as we know and love it. Therefore, our only option is to raise up a new team of strategic youth leaders – if we don’t we will lose them…one teen at a time. This manual is a tool to help every pastor and leader form a team which knows how to minister to young people.
