Grasshopper in the Window, by Dr. Frankhouser, is Book One of a series of fictional stories for the young reader. It is a delightful story that introduces the young reader to family life during our nation’s great depression, circa 1930. The series centers on the fictional character, Margarita Eileen, and covers over seventy-years of her life.
