Letters From The Wilderness

At the age of seventeen Henry Washington had a life-changing encounter with the living God. Henry was immediately delivered from all sorts of destructive behavior but found that he could not master all of his evil habits, although he tried with all of his heart. God used his failures to teach Henry a central truth of Christian living-we cannot successfully live for God, but Jesus in us can. During the process of learning to allow God to rule in him, Henry developed a suspicion. He realized that much of the church he encountered lacked any dynamic life or experience. It was like living in a spiritual wilderness. Letters from the Wilderness are his personal letters to you about how to successfully live in this present American Spiritual Wilderness. Each letter combines Henry’s personal experience with important Bible truths that will help encourage any serious spiritual wilderness traveler.
